I just wanted to thank both Faith and Eddie for getting us back to our cars safely after our trip to the Botanical Gardens, during the horrific forest fire. They both kept&nbsp;calm, cool and collected during what could have been a very stressful situation, it helped keep the rest of us calm as well.&nbsp; I have now been on several of trips with Faith and have enjoyed all of them, she is very accommodating and pleasant.

A perfect day trip!
Lunch at the Amish home was delicious. The show was superb. We had a great time. Very well managed by Vikky. 



In May, I traveled with GS Getaways to Brooklyn, Philadelphia twice and a multi-day tour to Long Island.  Each experience was unique, interesting and well run.  The excellent step-on guides and docents greatly enhanced the knowledge and appreciation of the sites, and the special meals or restaurants were carefully chosen.  It was also fun getting to know so many fellow travelers and reconnecting with a few from previous trips.  Thank you, Faith and company!

A wonderful Radio City Music Hall experience,  it has been over 15 years, since my last experience,  this trip with Faith and GSG, was filled with HOLIDAY MAGIC...may 2024 be kind to us...terri...Teresa Finn 

We have been on numerous trips with Faith and they are always adventurous and well planned.  This year started with the Kentucky Derby, Land and Cruise thru Alaska and the Mircle of Christmas in Lancaster Pa was a great way to wrap of the year.  Can't wait for new adventures.

Loved the show. Amazing group of musicians, singers and dancers. The time flew by. Couldn’t believe it was over. I highly recommend this play to everyone.

I loved the show! Great music & loved the storyline. Everyone was terrific- very talented musicians!

Another fabulous day with Garden State Getaways!  John, the trip leader, is very personable and friendly.  Lunch at Havana Central was plentiful and delicious and the play, "Buena Vista Social Club" was incredible!  I was "dancing" in my seat as were many other people in the theater.  Orchestra seats were perfect.  As always, had a terrific day!

We had a wonderful time and I felt like we had the best seats at the show. If you haven't seen Noah, you must!

All the people were wonderful but the hotel in Quebec was sub standard. Restaurant was a problem. Rafaela restaurant should be reconsidered as well.

The idea of a bus trip to the ballgame is a wonderful idea.   No aggravation over driving, traffic , and parking.    Well done. 

The food at the stadium was not very good.   Hot dogs and sausage were cold.  The pretzel was impossible to chew.   Fried chicken fingers were dry.  The fries and beer were terrific.   Typical stadium food.    Not a lot you can do to improve.

There were plenty of Craft tents, but a lot were similar in products. 
Bus drop off/ pick up was not convenient to the area of cafes. 
Lunch was great as always and with low traffic, everything was right on time.

It was a great day strolling the streets and admiring the talents of the crafters.  I purchased a few treats to bring home.  Lunch was delicious.  Weather was on our side.

The trip was good but not up to the standards we are used to with Garden State Getaways.  We had an issue with the toilet in the first hotel which was addressed and supposedly fixed but turned out it wasn’t.  Management and GSG took care of it in a timely manner so thank you.  The last hotel did not have room for toiletries so we needed to put the luggage rack in the bathroom. The second guide did not seem to take people who have trouble walking into consideration. She was go, go, go. Personally I did not have a problem but others did.  Lastly, most of the lunches were on our own and not included in the cost.  All in all I give it 5 out of 10 stars. We did see quite a lot of attractions which for the most part were amazing.

Overall excellent and well organized trip.
Vikki was an excellent tour guide- organized, good listener, excellent people skills
Deshawn was a superb driver and overall great helper in every aspect of- helping with luggage logistics including getting our luggage to our rooms in Glen Falls and having our room keys organized. A true keeper. 
Hotels were excellent- housekeeping in Quebec is really more consistent with what most hotels do when guests are staying more than one night. 
The Montreal city tour was excellent and Andre our tour guide was very engaging. Hotel breakfast was superb with many options. 
As nice as Montreal was, Quebec was even nicer. A city with heavy European influences be it architectural or cultural. The hotel was beautiful and centrally located. Hotel room was very comfortable. Breakfast offerings were also great. Dinner at the Italian restaurant was not so great . Despite expecting us, the staff seemed overwhelmed in trying to serve us. 
The two day stay was full of activities. Of note, the terrain in the city includes lots of steep inclines and cobbled streets so I recommend wearing comfortable shoes and better enjoyed when in decent shape. Our tour guide Joanne was incredibly friendly , well informed about the overall area and clearly demonstrated her love for her city. 
The various tours were very enjoyable and informative. We wish we had more time at St Anne DeBEAUPRAT (??) to visit all the shrines and pray. One stop we probably could have passed on was to the bakery where we tasted breads and maple syrup. 
Our overnight stay in Lake George was highlighted by our dinner cruise. Unfortunately the weather was overcast and the waters choppy. Nonetheless we still enjoyed our meals and relaxed as we sailed around the lake. We got to our hotel late so we didn’t have a chance to enjoy the historic Queensbury Hotel in Glen Falls,as we had to depart by 9:00 AM. 
In summary, we enjoyed traveling with our dear friends, seeing other travelers from prior GSG trips and also making new acquaintances. It was made even more enjoyable because of Vikki and DeShawn. Deshawn was an absolutely amazing driver as well as being a great person. 
We are looking forward to our next adventure to Mackinac next month.

Full bus and a full house for the Cher Tribute held at Tropicana Casino. Fun, upbeat performance and an excellent band was preceded by a relaxing bus ride to AC, a lunch at Hooters and playing slots - no luck there but always a fun couple of hours.  Thanks Garden State Getaways!

The impersonation of Cher was fantastic. I enjoyed the food at PF Chang’s and even though I didn’t win at the slot machine it was a fun day. 

Anthony. I am glad you had a good time.  I am sorry you did not care for the hotel in Quebec.  We have stayed many times and have received great reviews but understand their new room service policy was a deterrent.  I will certainly follow up with the hotel regarding their new room service policy.   The restaurant will be approached as well.  I understand the service and food were a disappointment and that is not acceptable.  I will let Vikki and the driver know that you thought they were wonderful. We had a good time. The tour director Vikki was fabulous and the driver was wonderful.  

The second hotel we stayed at (Quebec City) was poor. They didn't make the beds nor pick up the towels as their policy is housekeeping is done only if you stay three nights. Also the meal at the restaurant in Quebec City was mediocre at best. The salmon had no taste to it.

I attended the Noah production at Sight & Sound in PA. All I can say is FANTASTIC!!!! The Arc was unbelievable! Great acting, singing and dancing!!! Highly recommended!

Great to be back in NYC.  Lunch was good but I was disappointed with the show.  I’ve seen Hugh Jackman several times and in other one man shows - he seemed tired that day.  But all in all it was a nice day and I’d see him again in the future.  Nancy B
